this mod has allot of stuff added to it so i recommend installing NEI (not enough items)
and experimenting yourself, but i will go into as much detail as i remember! it is late here and i am tired i will try to touch up on this thread a little more later.

How To Install !
Download Minecraft Forge For 1.6.4
Drag And Drop Vanilla_Project.zip into the mods folder located in your .minecraft
