Bone Armor (and tools)! Withered Bone Armor, Bone Tools, Withered Bone Tools, Bone Sword, and Withered Bone Sword, as well as a few Solutions, which work similarly to potions (however, they are not brewed). When I say a 'few' a mean two, and one of them is just water, so really one, haha.

Anyway, Bone Armor (besides looking cool) is relatively inexpensive to craft but is a bit brittle and can break pretty fast if you aren't careful. In terms of protection, it is slightly less than that of Iron.

Bone Tools, on the other hand, are among the fastest you will find, matching Gold Tools in their efficiency. But, being made of something better than an extremely soft metal, they last longer (around 120 uses).

Not enough for you? Good, because it wasn't for me either. For the adventurous types, you can hunt down Wither Skeletons in the Nether, whom now how have a 25% chance to drop a glowing coal item, known as Essence of Wither. You can take that, and pound it to smithereens with a chunk of Cobblestone, and pour the powder into a Vial of Water. If you don't mind having your soul withered a bit, you *can* drink this solution for an uncanny amount of speed and fire resistance (albeit for a short time). Yet, you'd be missing out. Coat (craft) a fresh piece of Bone Armor or Tool with the Solution of Wither and you'll find yourself with an upgraded version: a Withered Bone version.

But what do these upgraded versions do? Funny you should ask. Though the tools aren't *too* special, they are even faster and last around three times longer. The real prize is in the armor and sword. Withered Bone Armor matches Diamond in protection, but obviously won't last as ridiculously long. If you can acquire a full set, you'll find yourself with a permanent (as long as the set is equipped) buff of Speed I, Fire Resistance, and Invisibility. That's right, you look like a Wither Skeleton, and hostile mobs respect that. They won't mind you unless you get in their personal space. The sword itself will inflict Wither II for five seconds on anything it strikes, and shares the same strength as a regular Diamond Sword.

Note: to fill a vial, right-click water with it in hand (just like the potion mechanic).
