Added Better Seaweed (Better Algae and Better Reed).
Added Better Algae/Reed population and brightness options to the config file and ingame mod settings.

Added snap-to-default behavior to the sliders in the ingame mod settings.
Added mousewheel support to the ingame mod settings.
The Moving Grass effect won't render anymore if the causing entity is invisible or out of render distance.

Install
Download and install Forge Modloader.
Put the mod's JAR-File into your mods folder.
Optional: If you're using Optifine/MCPatcher, use anisotropic-filtering instead of mipmapping.
